With some mail servers, counselor invitations to students can end up in Spam/Junk folders, or in the case of Gmail, on the "Promotions" or "Social" tabs. Doing a search using notifications@corsava.com will often locate the email.
If your student cannot locate their invitation, remind them to take a look in these folders as well.
