This message most often occurs when a counselor has previously set up their Corsava for Counselors account, but uses the "Get Started" link from their "Your Corsava for Counselors Account is ready for activation" email to access that account. Since the account has already been created, the "Get Started" link is no longer valid. 

You may need to reset your password. You can find additional instructions for resetting your password here. Otherwise, please go to the Corsava home page and navigate to the Sign In page to log in to your account.

This error message only refers to counselor accounts. An unlimited number of student accounts may be associated with your counselor account. If you have purchased multiple counselor accounts in order to ensure individual counselor accounts for all counselors in your organization, this message will appear only if you have previously assigned all of the accounts purchased.
