If you were invited to create a Corsava account and you see this error message, one of two things may be happening.

  1. You may have already set up and/or verified your account. 
    • Go directly to Corsava.com  and navigate to the "Sign In" tab. 
    • Log in to your account using the email and password you created or you can reset your password.
  2. You may have clicked on the "Accept Invitation" link previously, but not finished setting up your account. You will need to ask your counselor to resend your invitation, as the link expires after one use. Counselors can find directions for resending your invitation here.
