If your student completed a card sort and you cannot find the student in your account (My Students), there are two likely causes:
- The chances are good that the student set up their Corsava Student account via the Sign Up section of Corsava's website, rather than using your unique registration link or accepting your emailed invitation.
- You will need to have the student invite you to their account. The accounts cannot be connected by Corsava for security reasons.
Send your student this link to complete the steps to invite you to their account, and once they go through these steps, the student will appear in your account under My Students:

- When students set up their accounts, they often skip updating the "Class of" field from its default setting. You may be looking for them where you expect to see them, rather than where they are actually appearing.
- Enter the student's first and/or last name in the search criteria on your My Students page and click "Search."
- If the student's Class is incorrect, either you or the student can edit the information.
- For Counselors:
- Click on the name of the student whose profile you wish to edit.
- Click the "Edit Info" button on their profile page.
- Use the drop down menu next to Class to select the appropriate graduation year.
- Click the "Save" button to ensure the update is saved.
- For Students:
- Log in to your Corsava account.
- Click on your name in the upper righthand corner of your screen.
- Click on the "Edit" button.
- Use the drop down menu under "Class Of" to select the appropriate graduation year.
- Click the "Save" button to ensure the update is save
- For Counselors:
